Project Manager
The Project Manager will work under the Vice-President Construction and in close collaboration with the management team, the project managers and the assistants to the project managers. In this capacity, he will manage and take full responsibility for construction projects.
Main responsibilities
- Manage the construction projects
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and sub trades;
- Manage the budget and the schedule of the projects;
- Ensure quality of work executed and profitability of projects with management tools of the company
- Write the minutes of the meetings for the progress of work;
- Communicate and ensure transmission of knowledge and information to team members;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of management systems and tools;
- Keep up to date with rules and regulations in the industry (CSST, CCQ, Building Code, etc.)

Experience and Education
- Bachelor of Civil Engineering or Building Studies or equivalent
- 8 –10 years experience in construction project management
- Post graduate degree in a related field, an advantage
